Cong slams Modi for comments against PM

In a sharp reaction to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi's attack on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress today said he has no other agenda but to abuse leaders of the ruling party.

"Narendra Modi has no other agenda but to abuse. Sometimes he abuses the Prime Minister, sometimes he abuses Sonia Gandhi, sometimes he abuses Rahul Gandhi and if there is nobody else (to call names) then he abuses his own people," Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh said.

His comments came hours after Modi attacked the Prime Minister in a speech in Kheda where he said it is the Congress that is responsible for changing the country's geography and history.
