The Goa Congress will hold a "mashaal yatra" (torch march) here tomorrow to highlight the "failures" of the BJP-led state government, a senior party leader said today.
All India Congress Committee General Secretary Digvijay Singh is likely to participate in the march, he said.
"The BJP-led government has been a major failure in the state. They have ditched the faith of people. We will be holding 'mashaal yatra' tomorrow to expose their failures," Goa Pradesh Congress Committee president Luizinho Faleiro told PTI.

He said the march was being organised to remind people of the promises made by BJP during the 2012 polls and how the party failed to fulfil it.
"They made huge announcements like shifting off-shore casinos from Mandovi river. But the ground reality is that the government patronised the casinos and gambling culture," he alleged.
The law and order machinery has failed in the state, he further said.
"The crime rate is going up. People are fed up of this government," Faleiro said.
The GPCC will also hold its executive committee meeting tomorrow, which will be chaired by Digvijay Singh.

To a question on whether the Congress is going to meet the President along with a delegation on the issue, Bajwa said this would be decided by senior party leaders who will be meeting soon in this regard.
"We will discuss it on priority after the media revelations have come out which are very serious and totally unconstitutional," he said.
On action demanded from the President, he said it has already happened a couple of months ago when a similar situation arose where Constitution of India was upheld.
"The President has acted and acted swiftly. We are again requesting the President through a petition in this regard," he said, adding that the role of the governor has not been right and has been unconstitutional.
