Congress allowing 'friendly parties' to disrupt Par: BJP

"For the last two days the House is getting adjourned not because of BJP but because of BSP members going into the Well. This is a Congress strategy so that friendly parties go to the House, disturb the House and they can defame the BJP," BJP spokesperson Prakash Javadekar told reporters outside Parliament.
Rajya Sabha witnessed uproarious scenes for the second consecutive day today as BSP members trooped in the Well raising slogans in favour of reservation in promotions for SCs/STs, leading to its adjournment.
"But people are watching and they know who is doing what," he said.
Demanding voting in the FDI issue, Javadekar said, "We want voting in the FDI motion and this is important in the light of new revelation that US government is inquiring into the allegations whether Walmart has got access in India by paying bribes."
"If this is true that they are inquiring into it (charges) then this is becoming a big scam...Walmart scam. That is why there is more need to discuss and have voting on it," he said.
Recalling that the NDA decision on disinvestment of Balco was put to vote, he said, "Ten years ago when Manmohan Singh had demanded a resolution on Balco entailing voting, Vajpayee had agreed to it. Why the same Manmohan Singh is not accepting the discussion under voting?"
The BJP spokesman accused Congress of "playing havoc" with the parliamentary democracy system in the country.
