Constable booked for filming colleague's obscene video

The victim told the police that she and constable Abdul Kadar Chandsahab, working with the India Reserve Battalion (IRB) of Goa police, had an affair. But after she split with him, he circulated the clip to defame her.

A case has been registered with Colva police in South Goa against Abdul under section 292 (obscenity) of IPC and relevant sections of the IT Act, police said, adding that the accused would be arrested soon.
