Consumers Association thanks CM for lifting power cut

Tamil Nadu Electricitry Consumers Association (TECA) today thanked Chief Minister, Jayalalithaa for ordering the lifting of load shedding from June one.

In a statement here, president of the association D Balasundaram hoped that this measure would herald the revival of the economy of the state and the country and thanked the Chief Minister for fulfilling her promise of lifting the power cut.

The lifting of the power cut was a very happy news to the High Tension consumers, particularly, industrial consumers, who suffered very heavily for the last six years, he said.
