In a drive against narcotics, Delhi police arrested nine persons, including three Nigerians, and recovered contraband worth Rs 3 crore.
100 kg of fine quality marijuana, 905 gram of fine quality heroin and 65 gram of cocaine were recovered from the nine in four raids, Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Sanjeev Yadav said today.
The heroin was meant to be smuggled to USA in courier packets of embroidery, he said.

Nigerian nationals Anthony Umeh and Agbahia Ikenna were arrested from Jain Road in Uttam Nagar. They were allegedly indulging in export of heroin through cargo to various foreign countries, concealing it in embroidery articles like zari-gota.
"Agbahia Ikenna was found in possession of 800 gm of fine quality of heroin concealed in a packing of embroidered lace (gota)," he said, adding that its value was approximately Rs 1.6 crore in the international market.
A team of Narcotics Cell arrested Mohammad Rabiul from Maharani Bagh-New Friends Colony crossing, yesterday, and recovered 105 gm of fine quality heroin from him.
Four members of a drug syndicate were arrested near Green Park Gurudwara while trying to deliver coacaine to a client.
60 gm cocaine was recovered from Ubabueze Chijioke, a Nigerian national, 2.5 gm cocaine from Rahul Chaudhary and 2.5 gm from Ankit Batra. Anshuman Tiwari, a Noida resident, was also arrested from the spot.
Ubabueze was staying in India without valid documents. The recovered cocaine was believed to be worth about Rs 65 lakh, he said.
On a tip off, a police team arrested Parvez and Javed from NH-24 near Sanjay Lake, during delivery of marijuana. Five bags containing 20 kg of marijuana in each, total 100 kg, were recovered from their possession, said the officer.
Further investigation is going on to unearth the syndicate of drug traffickers, the officer added.
