Cook wins toss, elects to bowl

England skipper Alastair Cook won the toss and invited India to bat first in the second cricket One-day International at Sophia Gardens, here today.

The first match of the five-ODIs series was washed out at Bristol.

Opening batsman Alex Hales will make his debut for the hosts in today's match.
