Copper prices eased slightly in an otherwise mute non-ferrous metal market here today on mild stockist selling amidst lower offtake from industrial users.
The industrial metals moved-up at the LME on firmer risk sentiment over improving US data.
Copper cable scrap, copper armiture, copper utensils scrap, copper wire bar, copper sheet cutting and brass utensil scrap all softened by a rupee per kg each to Rs 492, Rs 474, Rs 450, Rs 520, Rs 469 and Rs 325, respectively.
However, brass sheet cutting inched-up by a rupee per kg to Rs 337.
