CPI leader Thyagarajan passes away

CPI leader and veteran trade unionist S S Thyagarajan died at his residence here today, party sources said.

The 73-year-old bachelor, also the AITUC Vice President, breathed his last following old-age related problems, the sources said.

He was also the party's State Council member.
