The Crime Branch wing of Kerala Police will investigate the complaint of Jose K Mani, MP, son of state Finance Minister K M Mani, seeking a probe into the letter claimed to have been written by solar scam accused Saritha Nair, levelling sexual abuse charges against him.
Police said DGP K S Balasubramaniyam today issued orders handing over the case to the crime branch for investigation.
Jose K Mani had filed a police complaint on Tuesday seeking a speedy inquiry into the letter purportedly written by Saritha levelling allegations of sexual abuse against him.
