Crompton Greaves Consumer Electrical Q4 net at Rs 66.61 cr

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electrical today reported a standalone net profit of Rs 66.61 crore for the fourth quarter ended on March 31.

The company had posted a net loss of Rs 1.87 crore for the corresponding quarter a year ago, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electrical Ltd (CGCEL) said in a BSE filing.

CGCEL's standalone net sales during the period under review was Rs 1,001.63 crore.

The company was listed on BSE this month after being demerged from the parent firm Crompton Greaves.

"The financial results for the year represent the business performance for six months i.E October 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016," the company said.
 

Shares of the company today closed 4.99 per cent up at Rs 145.15 on BSE.
