Dakshineswar Adyapeath to send relief to Uttarakhand

Charitable institution Dakshineswar Ramakrishna Sangha Adyapeath will send relief materials to the flood and landslide-hit people of Uttarakhand on July 15.

A Sangha release said today that Rs 25,000 in relief material, relief workers, a medical team and two ambulances would be sent.

It said that West Bengal Transport minister Madan Mitra has informed chief secretaries of Uttarakhand, UP, Jharkhand and Bihar about the Sangha's relief movement and urged them to cooperate.
