Dalit girl assaulted; two students held

Two students were arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 19-year-old Dalit girl student at Narasaraopet, the police said today.

The incident occurred when the victim visited the two accused Y Sanjiva Reddi, and his friend S Siva Kumar, who allegedly sexually assaulted her and clicked her nude photographs, police said.

After a complaint was lodged, the police arrested both students and sent the girl for medical examination to a government hospital.
