Death toll doubles to 20 in Kabul bombing: interior ministry

The death toll from a suicide bombing at a police base in Kabul today has doubled to 20, the interior ministry said.

"As a result of the terrorist attack this afternoon... 20 people were martyred and 29 others were wounded," the ministry said.

The deputy interior minister earlier gave a death toll of 10.
