Death toll in Yemen mosque bombings rises to 20: medics

At least 20 people were killed and 50 wounded today when two suicide bombers attacked a Shiite mosque in the Yemeni capital, medics said, raising an earlier toll of eight dead.
Witnesses said the bombings were carried out by a man wearing an explosive belt and another driving a bomb-laden vehicle and targeted worshippers leaving the mosque in the Jarraf district in northern Sanaa.
