The three arrested have been identified as Mohammad Simab alias Salman (26), Arif (24) and Yahya (26), police said, adding that another accused, Asif (25), is still absconding.
"The accused youths gang-raped the woman, who had come to LNJP hospital for some treatment, in the hospital's toilet and later slit her throat and strangulated her," a senior police officer said.
The body was later dumped near the children's ward of the hospital, he said.

The body was found at the premises of the hospital on April 26 and subsequently a case was registered at IP Estate police station.
