"Del Santo" wins Kangeyam Plate

"Del Santo", ridden by Akshay Kumar, won the Kangeyam Plate, the main event of the races here today.

The winner, trained by R Foley, is owned by K Muthu Vellaiyan.

Trainers Uthaiah and Sebastian saddled two winners each while jockey C Umesh rode two winners.

One favourite obliged in a card of seven races.
