A female tourist from Columbia was allegedly teased by a Delhi Police constable and his friend at her hotel room in Jawahar Circle area here.
The accused Ajit Singh Jakhar (24), a constable in Delhi Police, and Robin Singh have been arrested, police said.
The two entered the room of the 35-year-old tourist yesterday and started teasing her.
The woman, however, raised an alarm after which the hotel staff reached there, they said.
Ajit and Robin were arrested and produced before a local court yesterday, which sent them to police custody till October 28.
