The Delhi government has decided to set up a 200-bedded hospital on a fast-track basis at Ambedkar Nagar area of South Delhi.
Health Minister A K Walia said the government has completed all the ground work and construction of the hospital will commence in September.
The hospital will be built on 2.47 acre plot. It will have out patient department, general wards, separate mother and child care wards, advanced laboratory, a blood bank and intensive care units.
