The Delhi-Mumbai Garib Rath express was today delayed by an hour after its engine was hit by iron bars being unloaded from another train in the Ajmer division, a railway spokesperson said here.
In the incident which occurred near Makreda railway station, the stop after Ajmer, the engine of the Mumbai-bound train was hit by the bars being unloaded from another train on a parallel track, the spokesperson said, adding that nobody was injured in the incident.
