Demo for steps to lift ban on Jallikattu

DMK workers today staged a demonstration at Avaniapuram near here demanding steps to lift the ban on Jallikattu (taming the bull) imposed by the Supreme Court.

The workers condemned both the central and state governments "for not taking any steps" to lift the ban.
