Deranged youth stabs man to death, gets lynched by mob

A 60-year-old man was stabbed to death and another injured allegedly by a deranged youth who was later lynched by a mob in Jain Ganj area here today.

Umesh Yadav was stabbed to death by a mentally unstable youth. Kishan Lal Yadav was injured when he tried to save Umesh. A mob later lynched the attacker, police said.

Banmankhi sub-divisional police officer Kundan Kumar said the identity of the attacker could not be ascertained.
