DGPC official held for molesting teacher

A Delhi Gurdwara Management Committee (DGPC) official was arrested today for allegedly molesting a teacher working in a school run by the committee in Hari Nagar area of west Delhi.

Gurubaksh Singh (58), chairman of the DGPC school, was arrested in the morning after the teacher filed a complaint against him yesterday night.

In her complaint, she alleged that Singh molested her on June 12 when she was alone in a class room.

Police said that later, Singh was released on bail.

Meanwhile, DGPC has refuted the charge levelled against its official.
