Diocesan priest commits suicide

Fr Michael Raj (43), also director of the college, was found hanging in his room by college staff after they broke open its door as he did not respond to repeated calls this morning.

He was immediately taken to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.

He was suffering from depression for sometime, Senior Superintendent of Police Akhilesh Kumar Jha said.
