Dishman Pharma's scrip today ended with nearly 3 per cent gains after the company fixed May 3 as record date for bonus shares.
The company's stock climbed 2.91 per cent to settle at Rs 353.55 on BSE. Intra-day, it jumped 4.1 per cent to Rs 357.65.
On NSE, the scrip gained 2.94 per cent to close at Rs 353.25.

The company's market valuation rose by Rs 81 crore to Rs 2,853 crore.
In terms of volume, 1.83 lakh shares were traded at BSE and more than 8 lakh shares changed hands at NSE during the day.
In a filing to BSE yesterday, Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals said the management committee of the board of directors has fixed May 3, 2016 as the record date for the purpose of deciding who shall be eligible for allotment of bonus shares in the proportion of one bonus equity share of Rs 2 each, for every one fully paid-up equity share of Rs 2 each.
