A judge at Palwal court has been booked after his peon allegedly committed suicide accusing him of harassment.
According to Investigating Officer, ACP Vishnu Dayal, Gaurav alias Goldi consumed poison on Thursday at his home.
"On Thursday afternoon, his (Gaurav's) wife Meena went to bring their children back from school. When she returned, she found Gaurav unconscious and rushed him to Sector-8 hospital.
"He succumbed during treatment," the ACP said.
In his purported suicide note, Gaurav has alleged that he was harassed by the judge under whom he was posted.
A relative of Gaurav claimed that he was upset since he was transferred to Palwal about two months back.
