DMK allots Vellore LS seat to IUML

DMK today allotted Vellore Lok Sabha constituency to its junior partner Indian Union Muslim League.

The seat-sharing decision was firmed up following parleys between the two parties, DMK said.

DMK had allotted Mayiladuthurai and Tenkasi (SC) to MMK and Puthiya Tamizhagam (PT) yesterday.

Talks were still on with another ally, Thol.Thirumavalavan's VCK.
