Dr Bala Balachandran to address KMA on Aug 21

: Dr Bala V Balachandran, noted Professor of Accounting and Information Management, Kellogg Institute of Management, Northwestern University Illinois, US, will address the Kerala Management Association (KMA) on August 21.

A press release here said that Balachandran will be speaking on "Customer Profitablity for continued Excellence".

The function is being held as the Curtain Raiser event of KMA activities for 2014-15, the release said.
