Driver with AP state transport corporation steals bus

A driver with the Andhra Pradesh state transport corporation has been arrested for allegedly stealing a bus from Gokavaram in Rajahmundry in East Godavari district two days ago.

Ch Venkanna, the accused, had been suspended a few days back for dereliction of duty.

Police said he committed the offence as he was nursing a grudge against the depot manager for suspending him.
