EC appoints news DCPs for Amritsar, Jalandhar

The Election Commission today appointed new Deputy Commissioners of Police for Amritsar and Jalandhar districts of Punjab.

The poll panel approved the names of Babu Lal Meena for posting as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Amritsar and Tulsi Ram as Deputy Commissioner of Police Jalandhar, an official spokesman said here.
