Edible oils decline on lower demand

Groundnut oil and refined palmolein declined at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today following lower demand from stockists and retailers amid ample supply from producing region.

While, castorseed bold, castoroil commercial and linseed oil prices unavailable today.

In edible segment, groundnut oil slid by Rs 10 per 10kg to Rs 950 from Friday's close Rs 960 and refined palmolein eased by Rs 3 per 10kg to Rs 575 as against Rs 578 yesterday.
