A Delhi-based engineer allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at a toilet in Noida stadium, police said today.
Shashank Yadav, resident of Kanpur, was working in Engineering India Limited, Delhi, and living at sector 12 in a rented accommodation, police said.
Today his body was found hanging at toilet near gate number 7, they said.
Police investigation revealed he was depressed over some inquiry against him.
His office had complained to CBI against some contractor and the agency was calling the deceased engineer for questioning, causing him stress.
Police has sent the body for postmortem.
In another incident at sector 22, one Ankit allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself.
Class X student Chhaya allegedly took her life at her home last evening as she was upset over not performing well in an exam, police said.
