Estonia's Reform party wins vote: official

Estonia's governing Reform party has won the parliamentary elections fought amid concerns over a militarily resurgent Russia, official results showed.
President Toomas Hendrik Ilves was expected to ask Reform chief, outgoing Prime Minister Taavi Roivas, to form a coalition with his 30 seats in the 101-member parliament.
Estonians took part in voting yesterday for a new parliament in an election dominated by economic issues and security concerns due to Russia's actions in Ukraine.
