EuroPacific Growth Fund today sold 31 lakh shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance for nearly Rs 369 crore, through an open market transaction.
According to the bulk deal data available with BSE, EuroPacific Growth Fund offloaded 31 lakh shares, amounting to 0.73 per cent stake in the mortgage player.
The shares were disposed of at an average price of Rs 1,190.17 apiece, valuing the transaction at Rs 368.95 crore, as per the data.
Among the buyers was BNP Paribas Arbitrage, which bought 27.42 lakh shares for Rs 326.34 crore.
Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance ended the day 3.41 per cent higher at Rs 1,235.25 apiece on BSE.
