Ex-Jan Sangh MLA Kali Ram was fatally run over by a train near Paharpur railway station in Bihar's Gaya district today, GRP sources said.
Ram (80) was trying to cross over to other side of the railway track when he was trapped by Duranto Express, sources said, adding that the body has been sent for post mortem.
Ram was elected to the state legislative assembly on Jan Sangh ticket in 1962.
