Excise official shot in Greater Noida

An excise official was shot by unidentified men this morning outside his office at Sector Beta in the city, the police said.

He was admitted to Kailash hospital by his driver and his condition is said to be stable, district excise officer RK Singh said.

A manhunt has been launched to nab the assailants, the police said.
