Fake notes seized, one held

fake currency notes with a face value of Rs 25,000 from one persons at Nachhipur village in Midnapore West district.

Acting on a tip off, policemen arrested the man, Ajit Kumar, hailing from Kotshila in Purulia district and seized the counterfeit notes, the police said.

When he was produced before Jhargram sub-divisional court, Kumar was given five days' police custody.
