Actor Finn Wittrock, who joined "American Horror Story in its last installment "Freak Show", will be returning for the upcoming fifth season of the FX anthology series.
Wittrock starred as Dandy Mott on "Freak Show" and has been now added to the cast for the next installment to play one of pop star Lady Gaga's suitors along with Matt Bomer, reported Ace Showbiz.
Series co-creator Ryan Murphy broke the news via Twitter and revealed how Wittrock's character would be related to Lady Gaga's.
"Finn Wittrock is checking into HOTEL. Who will Gaga choose -- Finn or Matt Bomer? #AHSHotel," Murphy tweeted, hinting that Wittrock, Gaga and Matthew Bomer would be entangled in a love triangle.
Wittrock had a main role as Dandy Mott, the main antagonist of "Freak Show" who went on a killing spree after his encounter with Twisty the Clown.
He landed a nomination at the Critics' Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Movie/Limited Series for the said role.
Other stars confirmed for the next installment of "American Horror Story" include Kathy Bates, Sarah Paulson, Angela Bassett, Evan Peters, Wes Bentley, Chloe Sevigny and Max Greenfield. The new season will premiere this fall on FX.
