The school management has been charged under section 304(A) of the IPC (causing death due to negligence) following a complaint by Sunny's father Vinod Kumar at Indirapuram police station, police said.
Sunny was playing outside the premises of the private school yesterday when he fell into an open drain in Sector 16 of Vasundra area. The boy's body was later fished out by rescue workers from the drain.
