A fire broke out today in the Hotel Grand at Vasant Kunj and five fire tenders were rushed to the spot, police said.
"There was a fire near the boundary wall near a tin shed, and fire tenders doused it immediately. There were no casualties," an official from the fire department told PTI.
In 2008, a major fire broke out in the five-star hotel and nearly 250 guests, including foreigners, had to be evacuated.
