First session of 14th MP Assembly to start from Jan 8

The first session of the 14th Madhya Pradesh Assembly will be held between January 8 and 17.

"During the ten-day-long session, seven sittings of the House will be held," an official release quoting Assembly's Principal Secretary Rajkumar Pandey said.

Besides administering oath to the newly-elected members of the House, the Assembly will also elect its new Speaker and transact official and non-official business.
