Five persons, including four Nepalese national, have been arrested in Bhiwani and about four kg of charas, which has a market value of Rs 2 lakh, have been seized from them, the police said today.
On a tip-off, Hira Lal, Sohan Lal, Rekha Devi and Aisha Khatun, all residents of Nepal, and Vedpal of Hisar district were arrested from Chang road in Bhiwani district, a police spokesperson said.
The accused used to keep one or two children with them so that no one would doubt them and would tell everyone that they have come from Nepal in search of job, he said.
