At least five inmates of the district jail were injured in a clash that broke out between two gangs, an official said today.
The incident occurred yesterday when two gangsters, Mukim and Asif Zada, got into a heated arguments following which supporters of each gangs turned violent and started hitting the rival group, a jail official said.
The injured persons have been taken for treatment inside the jail premises, the official said.
