Five killed and 10 injured in accident

Atleast five persons, including a woman and a child, were killed and ten others seriously injured when a state roadways bus collided with a truck on the Saharanpur-Muzaffarnagar highway near Rojana village in the district this evening, the police said.

The incident took place when a bus on its way to Muzaffarnagar from Saharanpur collided with a speeding truck, they said.

The injured were rushed to a hospital, the police said.
