Fog in parts of Uttar Pradesh; Meerut coldest

Shallow to moderate fog occurred at isolated places over Uttar Pradesh, with Meerut recording the lowest minimum temperature of 9.2 degrees Celsius.

The weather was dry over the state, a Meteorological Department spokesperson said here.

While day temperatures fell in Bareilly, Moradabad, Agra and Meerut divisions, night temperatures fell in Faizabad division, he said.

No significant change was noticed in other divisions of the state.

Weather is most likely to remain dry over the state tomorrow, he added.
