Shallow fog enveloped the city in the morning, but it gave way to a clear sky as the day progressed.
The maximum temperature remained a notch below normal at 30.2 degree Celsius and the minimum was a degree above normal at 18 degree Celsius, MeT department said.
The humidity level oscillated between 92 per cent and 43 per cent.
The MeT has predicted mist or shallow fog in the morning tomorrow but a clear sky during the day.
The maximum and minimum would be around 30 degree Celsius and 17 degree Celsius respectively.
