Former Maharashtra Minister Walvi passes away
Former Maharashtra Minister of State for Home R P Walvi passed away at a hospital here today after a prolonged illness.
He was 88.
Walvi was the maternal grandfather of BJP MP from Nandurbar Dr Heena Gavit and father-in-law of former state Health Minister Dr Vijaykumar Gavit.
BJP state unit President Raosaheb Danve expressed condolences over Walvi's demise.
