Four arrested with counterfeit currency notes

Four persons, including a woman, were arrested and fake currency notes with a face value of Rs 41,000 seized from them here, police said today.

The four came under police scanner when their vehicle was checked, SP (Rural) Vinit Bhatnagar said.

"Twenty fake notes in denomination of 2,000, a Rs 100 note, two pistols and a car have been seized from them," he added.
