Four children, including two siblings, were killed when the wall of a house collapsed on them at a village in Odisha's Ganjam district today.
The children were bathing at a tube-well adjacent to a house at Kala Jammuna village when its wall, loosened by incessant rains for the past five days suddenly collapsed on them killing two of them on the spot, said inspector-in-charge of Ganjam police station P K Das.
The children's parents and villagers rushed to the spot on hearing their cries and two girls aged six years and seven years died on the spot.
A five-year old boy, the sibling of one of the girls and another four year-old boy were declared brought dead when rushed to the hospital, he added.
