Four killed as car rams into wall

Four persons were killed and another seriously injured today when their car rammed into a compound wall of a house at Chettipalayam on the city outskirts.

The victims identified as Swaminathan, Pradeep, Saravana Kumar, Sanath Kumar and Deepak were going for trials and training for a car race at Chettipalayam scheduled for tomorrow when the mishap occurred, police said.

Deepak was admitted to a government hospital here, police.
